For Maastro, an oncology non-profit, Raccoons built an AI classifier that routes an IT service desk's roughly 1,000 monthly tickets to the right second-line team, trained on five years of cleaned historical data. For the Academic Center for General Practice at KU Leuven it built AI avatars that let medical students practise shared-decision-making conversations. A further case covers multi-agent systems for the credit-management software vendor CrediBill.
