Hesehus is an Odense-based e-commerce agency founded in 2002. It develops B2B and B2C webshops on its own Bizzkit platform and on Shopify, and provides digital strategy, UX and design, conversion and SEO optimization, and AI services for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers.

Hesehus fits retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers that treat e-commerce as a core sales channel and want a long-term development partner for B2B or B2C webshops. Its about page describes more than 100 references among large Danish and Scandinavian companies, and its case studies cover consumer retail with physical-store integration as well as international B2B ordering portals for industrial suppliers. Clients are assigned a fixed team of developers, architects, project managers and designers, and the agency can build a complete solution, work alongside in-house developers or take an advisory role.
Published service lines are digital strategy, e-commerce development, customer-journey UX and design, optimization and AI. Strategy work starts with a pre-analysis and a roadmap; UX and design work covers target-group analysis, brand-led webshop design and WCAG accessibility. Optimization covers conversion-rate work, analytics set-up, technical SEO and page speed. Webshops are built on Bizzkit, an e-commerce platform developed by Hesehus with PIM, DAM, CMS and search modules on Microsoft C# technology, or on Shopify, where Hesehus presents itself as a Shopify Plus Partner. Its AI work includes an assistant built into Bizzkit and generative-AI features for retail clients.
Hesehus has worked with Matas since 2011 on its webshop and omnichannel set-up, including an online skin test, voice and visual search, and an AI feature trained on earlier skin tests that drafts answers for Matas advisers to review. For exhaust-system manufacturer Dinex it built an international B2B webshop on Bizzkit, integrated with country-level Microsoft XAL ERP systems and the TecDoc product-data standard and supporting file-based bulk ordering. For beverage-equipment supplier Micro Matic it delivered a B2B e-commerce platform serving customers in more than 20 countries with customer-specific assortments and multiple ERP integrations.
Hesehus was founded on 1 May 2002 under the name Hedal Kruse Brohus and publishes its office at Østerbro 5 in Odense, where more than 130 employees work. Its history page states that the company became part of QNTM Group, owned by the investment firm Altor, in 2021, and its e-commerce page states that all of its developers work in Denmark. The website is available in Danish and English. The contact page carries a company contact form and is the recorded buyer destination. Goodfit stores company-level information only; correction, removal and objection handling remains centralized through goodfit.eu and mail.goodfit.eu.
