Services

Dwarf publishes four offerings: e-commerce, digital products and apps, AI and data, and websites. Its stated competences are design and UX, development, MarTech, digital business development and strategy, and content. Public case studies name Shopify for commerce builds and custom CMS and backend platforms for large multisite content estates. The AI and data practice describes connecting data, systems and customer journeys on top of an existing setup to automate processes and support decision-making. Commerce work covers both B2C stores and integrated B2B platforms.

Representative work

Published case studies describe a new Shopify webshop and an improved digital visual identity for specialty coffee roastery Coffee Collective; a new CMS and backend platform for the National Museum of Denmark supporting a multisite architecture across its museums and castles, including the Open Air Museum and Kronborg Castle; and a digital partnership with hotel group Comwell that has run since 2016 and produced an updated version of comwell.com in May 2023 aimed at moving bookings to the group's own channels.

Notes

Dwarf works from Bernhard Bangs Allé in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, and publishes its website in English and Danish. It was established in 2000 and describes more than 25 years of experience. Two further companies sit in the same group: BennyBox, which has collaborated with Dwarf on digital experiences for children since 2019, and WEAREHEAVY, a digital production studio that became part of Dwarf in 2025. The agency publishes a Danish CVR company number and a public events programme.
