Bliss Applications is a digital product company headquartered in the Lisbon area, with offices in Porto and New York and roots in the Portuguese WYgroup. It plans, designs, builds and evolves mobile and web products, from product strategy and UX/UI design to engineering, QA and AI integration.

Bliss Applications fits organizations that want one team to take a customer-facing mobile or web product from vision and design through engineering, launch and ongoing improvement. Its published work centres on large Portuguese consumer brands and financial services: a shopping app for the supermarket chain Pingo Doce, a news app for SAPO, a rewards area for the MB WAY payments app, and banking and insurance projects for BPI, moey! and ok! seguros. It also lists an equity-compensation platform redesign for Global Shares, a J.P. Morgan company. Buyers looking for UX/UI design systems, native apps or AI features built into an existing product will find matching examples in its case studies.
Bliss organizes its services into four stages. Vision covers product vision and strategy, market and user research, innovation workshops, AI opportunity mapping and agentic or AI experience prototyping. Shape covers UX/UI design, design systems, agentic UX design, emotional design foundations, technical architecture, business and functional analysis and MVP definition. Launch covers web and mobile engineering, a modular mobile app accelerator using modular development and low-code platforms, AI integration, QA and testing, and DevOps and continuous delivery. Evolve covers product growth and optimization, feature iteration, performance tuning and product analytics. Two entry offers, an AI Product Lab and a Product Audit covering experience, accessibility, technical and AI aspects, are published on the services page.
For Pingo Doce, Bliss researched shopping behaviour, then designed and developed an app combining collaborative shopping lists, product search by text, voice or barcode, the weekly promotional leaflet and a digital loyalty card, and it continues to maintain the solution. For SAPO it designed and engineered an iOS and Android news app that merges legacy apps and adds AI-generated text and audio summaries, personalized feeds and CarPlay and Android Auto integration, built with the group company WYnova. For Global Shares, a J.P. Morgan company, it redesigned the Equity Gateway web and mobile platform after expert walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews and moderated usability testing.
Bliss Applications publishes its headquarters on Avenida Marginal in Oeiras, in the Lisbon area, a Porto office at UPTEC Baixa and a New York office under WYgroup, USA, Inc. Its about page describes the company as founded within WYgroup, the same Portuguese group that includes the communication agency WYcreative. The website is published in English, while most listed client work is for Portuguese brands. The contacts page offers a project-request form with a become-a-client subject and a generic company channel, so it is the recorded buyer destination.
